1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Molwee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Service Description

Molwee is a native iOS product for saving links from apps and websites. The current product is local-first and does not require an account to start. Optional paid features such as sync, archive, or advanced search may be introduced later.

3. Accounts and Future Paid Features

If optional subscription or account-based features are introduced, additional product-specific terms may apply. Those features will be presented as opt-in. Current core saving functionality is separate from any future premium layer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Molwee lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not use Molwee to store or distribute illegal or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the service, app integrity, or other users.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse private APIs or non-public infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

Molwee, its branding, interface design, and source code belong to OXAVION except where third-party licenses apply. Content you save through the app belongs to the original content owners.

6. Availability and Changes

Molwee may change over time. Features can be improved, limited, renamed, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for every platform, operating system version, or third-party source.

7. Disclaimer

Molwee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every link will remain reachable, that metadata will always load, or that future sync and archive services will launch on a specific date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OXAVION is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of Molwee, including data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, third-party content removal, or unsupported platform behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page with the revised date.
